This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on meltedhouse.co.uk, run by MeltedHouse Digital Ltd. We keep them to a minimum. We use Google Analytics only if you agree to it, and we don’t use any advertising or remarketing cookies.

Our live chat is provided by Tawk.to. It only loads if you accept these cookies. It uses them to keep your conversation going as you move between pages and to recognise you if you come back.

Statistics: Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you switch on Statistics, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people find useful and how they reach us, so we can improve the site. We don’t use it to advertise to you. If you leave Statistics off, Google Analytics sets no cookies. Your browser may still send Google a basic signal without cookies or identifiers that a page was viewed, so we can see rough overall traffic figures.

Advertising
We don’t use advertising or remarketing cookies on this site.
Third-party services
On our Contact and Start a project pages, Google reCAPTCHA checks enquiry form and questionnaire submissions for spam; it is part of keeping the site secure, so it runs without consent. The forms themselves don’t set any cookies. When you visit, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts and code from Cloudflare’s cdnjs service. These don’t set cookies on our site, but the providers receive your IP address in the normal way when your browser requests their files. Our Privacy Policy explains more.
